Ms. Shraddha Maheshwari is a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. Her research focuses on Land Law and Urban Planning Reform after Earthquake, with a particular emphasis on post-disaster legal frameworks and sustainable urban governance. She holds an LL.M. from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, LL.B. from Gujarat University, and B.Com. from Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University. She successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination in 2024, qualifying as an advocate. Her academic interests lie in the areas of land law, urban governance, disaster management, and legal reforms.
