Mr Abhinav Kumar is an expert in the field of Public International Law. He has a specialization in International Laws in his 5 year integrated BBA, LLB(Honours) and One-Year LLM. His masters thesis was on International Criminal Law from WBNUJS. He also holds an International Diploma from University of Lisbon, Portugal in European Laws and has participated in various summer schools and International conferences of repute.
Before joining Nirma University, Abhinav has taught for 2+ years in GD Goenka University, Gurugram as an Assistant Professor of Law where he has particularly specialised and conducted various lectures on Environmental Law, International Investment Law and other aspects of Foreign Trade Law.
He has various publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals and has recently published a SCOPUS indexed article. Abhinav has keen interest in the area of Climate change and is an avid researcher to develop the tryst between Public International Law and Environmental Law.
